Payment & Return Policy


At Shree Balaji Traders, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. Even though all products are thoroughly checked before delivery, in case a customer receives a broken or damaged product, we offer a complimentary exchange of the same product.

Shree Balaji Traders values your purchase with us. This section outlines our policies regarding payments received from customers and returns for products or services ordered.


Acceptable Methods of Payment
Currently, we accept payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-wallets, UPI, COD, and Net Banking. As new payment methods are introduced, we will update this section accordingly. We accept all VISA and MasterCards (Indian cards only; international cards are not supported). Customers must enter their 16-digit card number and the 3-digit CVV code to complete the payment.

Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code
To enhance online shopping security, the Reserve Bank of India mandates an additional authentication step for transactions. This requires entering a password after providing card details. Customers must register for this service through their respective bank’s website.


Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)

  • Customers must pay the full order amount upon delivery to authorized collection personnel.
  • An official receipt for the payment will be provided.
  • Products with a C.O.D. icon on the product detail page are available for this service.

C.O.D. Conditions:

  1. The selected product must be eligible for C.O.D.
  2. The delivery location must be serviceable for cash collection.
  3. Cash collection occurs between 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM at the billing address provided during order placement.

Placing Orders Using C.O.D.:

  1. Identify eligible products with the C.O.D. icon.
  2. Add products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Provide the shipping address and proceed to the payment page.
  4. Select C.O.D. as the payment option.
  5. Enter the CAPTCHA code and submit.
  6. Receive order confirmation with details.

Pricing
All prices listed on our website are all-inclusive, with no hidden charges. Customers only pay the displayed offer price.

Orders

  • Once an order is placed and payment is made, modifications are not possible.
  • Orders cannot be combined or altered post-placement.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Orders placed at incorrect prices due to listing errors may be canceled, with refunds processed accordingly.

Demonstration & Installation

  • Demonstrations, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.
  • The first demonstration is complimentary and occurs after a minimum of 4 business days post-delivery.
  • Installations are conducted by the manufacturer’s authorized service centers/franchisees.
  • Standard installation charges apply for Split A/Cs, payable directly to the authorized service provider.

Scope of Work for Split A/C Installation:
Inclusions:

  • Installation of indoor and outdoor units.
  • Interconnecting both units with piping.

Exclusions:

  • Masonry work.
  • Supply and installation of the main power phase.
  • Electrical work.
  • Leak testing if pre-installed piping exists.
  • Drilling into structural pillars.
  • Dismantling of previously installed A/C units.

For other products, installation will be as per company norms and complimentary. Installation occurs after a minimum of 4 business days post-delivery.


Returns and Refunds
We strive to fulfill orders as per specifications and delivery timelines. Customers should check products and accessories upon delivery and report discrepancies before accepting the order. Once the product is accepted, cancellation is free for C.O.D. orders, while prepaid orders will incur a 3% charge. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Return Conditions:

  • If a customer wishes to return a packed, unused product within 24 hours of receipt, a 3% cancellation charge will apply.
  • The decision to accept a return is at the company’s discretion.

After-sales service is provided by authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers.

Shree Balaji Traders acts as a distributor of manufacturer products and does not assume liability beyond product delivery within Delhi NCR.


Prepaid Orders

  • Customers can pre-book orders with a partial payment for priority delivery.
  • Prior to shipment, customers must pay the remaining balance.
  • Orders will not be shipped without full payment confirmation.

Example:
If a product costs Rs.10,000, customers can pre-book with Rs.2,000. The remaining Rs.8,000 must be paid before delivery.

If a customer cancels a prepaid order, the refund timelines are as follows:

  • Credit Card refunds: 7-10 working days.
  • Debit Card/e-wallet/Net Banking/UPI/COD refunds: 24-48 hours.
